This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect on ai.quailoop.com, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It applies to the website only. The mobile application Plantertainer has its own separate policy.
1. Who is the controller
The controller of your personal data is:
QLS Konrad Przepiórzyński (Quailoop Software)
ul. Arbuzowa 5/3, 54-054 Wrocław, Poland
VAT ID: PL8121879099
Email: developer@quailoop.com
2. What data we process and why
2.1 Reading the website
You can read everything we publish without giving us any personal data. Like most websites, our server keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type) to keep the site secure and diagnose faults. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
2.2 Accounts (comments and client area)
If you register an account we process: your display name, email address, password (stored only in hashed form), and the date of registration. We use your email address to confirm your account, to reset your password, and to notify you about replies to your comments. If you are a client, we also process the data necessary to provide our services, such as your name, company, and contact details. Legal basis: your consent and the performance of our contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
2.3 Comments
When you write a comment we store the comment text, your account name, and your IP address (used to protect the site against spam and abuse). Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for publishing the comment, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
2.4 Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your email address and the content of your message in order to answer it, and to take steps before entering into a contract at your request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
2.5 Statistics
We do not use any analytics or marketing tools on this website. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies and we do not load scripts from third parties. To understand which articles are read we rely only on the technical server logs described in point 2.1, kept by our hosting provider for security and diagnostic purposes. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies, and there is no cookie consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
- Session and login cookies (
wordpress_logged_in_*,wordpress_sec_*) – set only after you log in, so that you stay logged in. They expire when you log out or when the session ends. - Login test cookie (
wordpress_test_cookie) – checks whether your browser accepts cookies. Set only while you use the login form. - Login security cookie (
llar_login_flow) – protects the login form against automated password guessing. - Interface preference cookie (
wp-settings-*) – remembers the panel settings of a logged-in user.
These cookies are strictly necessary to provide the service you ask for, which is logging in, so under Art. 398(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law they do not require your consent. If you do not log in, the website sets no cookies at all. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, but blocking the ones listed above will prevent you from logging in.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We use service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider and our email provider (OVH, servers in the European Union). These providers process data within the European Economic Area and we do not transfer your data outside it. We may also disclose data where we are legally obliged to do so.
5. How long we keep data
- Account data: until you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
- Comments: for as long as the article is published, or until you ask us to remove them.
- Email correspondence: up to 2 years after the last contact.
- Server logs: for the period used by our hosting provider (currently up to 12 months).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa). To exercise any of these rights, write to developer@quailoop.com.
7. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you for marketing purposes. We do use automated security measures, for example limiting repeated failed login attempts, to protect the site.
8. Children
This website is intended for professional audiences and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the way we process data changes. The date of the last update is always shown below.
Last updated: 28 September 2026.
